Genesis #4 marks an important expansion within First Series — Genesis, moving from the head-focused perspectives of the first three drawings to the complete human body.
Two upright human figures are presented side by side: one viewed from the front and the other from behind. Both are held within a long diamond-like geometric field, with a strong central vertical axis running between them.
Along this axis is a sequence of celestial, geometric and symbolic forms, while fine connecting lines extend through the figures and surrounding structure. The composition brings visible and hidden perspectives of the human body together within one integrated symbolic system.
This archival giclée fine-art reproduction preserves the precise monochrome linework and intricate symbolic detail of the original drawing.
