Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 May 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Enigmatic Drawings website and to any purchase, enquiry, subscription, or interaction made through this website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Enigmatic Drawings presents the artwork, writing, analysis, products, and project material of George Allan. The website includes original drawings, drawing analysis, AI-assisted interpretation, Fine Art Limited Editions, Premium Prints, blog material, exhibition information, and related public project content.

Important order notice: Many products are produced to order. Once an order is placed, it may be submitted to production immediately or shortly after payment. Because of this, changes, cancellations, and change-of-mind returns are limited and may not be possible once production has begun.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal, editorial, research, collecting, or purchasing purposes. You must not use this website in a way that interferes with its operation, misuses its content, infringes intellectual property rights, or attempts to scrape, copy, automate, reproduce, or exploit the material without permission.

2. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, drawings, product images, written descriptions, drawing analysis, AI-assisted analysis, page content, logos, design elements, product names, and related project material remain the intellectual property of George Allan / Enigmatic Drawings unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, sell, mint, publish, scrape, commercially use, or incorporate any artwork, image, text, description, analysis, or project material into datasets, AI training systems, derivative products, merchandise, publications, or commercial projects without prior written permission.

Limited non-commercial sharing for review, commentary, editorial reference, or personal discussion may be permitted where the use is lawful, properly credited, and does not reproduce high-resolution files or imply endorsement, ownership, or commercial permission.

3. Artwork, products, and availability

Products may include Fine Art Limited Editions, Premium Prints, and other artwork-related items. Product descriptions, edition details, sizes, materials, colours, framing options, pricing, availability, production methods, and fulfilment arrangements may change from time to time.

We aim to present all products accurately. However, minor variations may occur between screen images and physical prints due to differences in monitors, browsers, lighting, print materials, paper, canvas, acrylic, aluminium, framing, production methods, and finishing.

Any limited edition details shown on a product page apply only to that specific product or edition type. Premium Prints are separate from Fine Art Limited Editions unless clearly stated otherwise.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are responsible for checking the product title, artwork, variant, size, material, quantity, shipping address, billing details, and any other order information before completing checkout.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund an order where there is an error, stock issue, production issue, pricing issue, suspected fraud, website malfunction, or other reasonable operational concern.

5. Production and fulfilment

Many Premium Prints are produced through external print-on-demand or fulfilment partners, including Gelato or similar production services. Once an order is submitted, the production process may begin immediately or very shortly after payment.

Fine Art Limited Editions may also involve specialist production, handling, signing, numbering, packaging, or fulfilment steps. These processes may begin soon after an order is placed.

Because many items are produced to order, we may not be able to stop production, alter an order, change an address, change a size, change a material, or cancel the order once it has moved into production.

6. Cancellations, changes, and order errors

Cancellation window: If you believe you made an error or need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at info@enigmaticdrawings.com. Requests should be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

A request made within 24 hours does not guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled. If production has already begun, if the order has already been printed, packed, shipped, submitted to a fulfilment partner, or otherwise progressed beyond the point where changes are possible, the order may proceed as originally placed.

If a change is requested after production has started, any additional costs may be the responsibility of the customer. This may include the cost of a replacement order, duplicate production, extra shipping, or any other non-recoverable production cost already incurred.

We do not offer general change-of-mind cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless expressly stated on the product page or required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Change-of-mind returns

Because many products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are generally not available. This includes situations where a customer:

  • changes their mind after ordering;
  • chooses the wrong size, material, variant, or artwork;
  • no longer wants the item;
  • finds another item they prefer;
  • decides the item does not suit their space after ordering;
  • provided incorrect delivery information; or
  • failed to check the order details before completing checkout.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights, guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, not of acceptable quality, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, compensation, or another appropriate solution required by law.

9. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible at info@enigmaticdrawings.com.

Please include:

  • your name;
  • order number;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • photographs of the item;
  • photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage; and
  • any other relevant delivery or tracking information.

Please retain the item and packaging until the issue has been assessed. Do not dispose of damaged packaging before contacting us, as it may be required for production, courier, insurance, or fulfilment review.

10. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by production time, courier handling, postal delays, customs processing, location, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or delivery requirements that apply in their country unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed, shipped, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong location, additional costs may apply.

11. Website content and analysis

The drawing descriptions, symbolic interpretations, AI-assisted analysis, blog posts, and related written material on this website are provided for artistic, interpretive, educational, archival, and contextual purposes.

Interpretive material should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial, scientific, religious, or professional advice. The analysis reflects artistic, symbolic, structural, historical, AI-assisted, and interpretive perspectives on the drawings.

12. Third-party services

This website may rely on third-party services for ecommerce, payment processing, print production, shipping, analytics, email subscriptions, embedded content, social media, or website functionality.

We are not responsible for the independent terms, privacy practices, technical issues, delays, outages, or policies of third-party platforms, payment processors, fulfilment providers, couriers, social media platforms, or embedded services.

13. Links to other websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, payment processors, fulfilment partners, or external resources. These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control or endorse the external website or its practices.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Enigmatic Drawings / George Allan is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the website, delays, third-party service issues, display differences, customer order errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This limitation does not exclude any liability or consumer remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

15. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
