Matrix — Inverted Derivative 01 presents George Allan’s Matrix through an inverted colour treatment that transforms the original drawing into a deep, luminous field of navy, blue, violet, black and metallic-toned detail.
The inversion brings different elements of the composition forward: the central vertical structure, mirrored figures, geometric fields, radial forms and dense architectural networks become especially pronounced against the dark ground.
